Spectrum Health and Beaumont Health are signing an integration agreement.
The agreement details the goals the organization will work toward as the health systems combine.
A press release noted the agreement included improving the customer experience, lowering costs and improving the quality and equity of care.
The merger would create the largest health system in the state.
