A Kent County Board of Commissioners meeting lasted for over six hours on Thursday as people shared their opinions on the health order requiring masks in school.
Most of the people sharing their opinions were opposed to the mask order.
The board emphasized they have no power to get rid of the order.
The mandate requires masks for everyone in schools with preschool through sixth grade students wear a mask regardless of their vaccination status.
