HOLLAND (WOOD-AM) - Authorities in Ottawa County are investigating the death of a 52-year-old swimmer at Holland State Park.
The Grand Rapids man was seen struggling in the water about halfway down the pier, authorities said.
The man was pronounced dead at the scene. Red flags, which indicate hazardous swimming conditions, were out at the time of the incident.
The exact cause of death has not yet been determined.
