The city of Grand Haven will soon be accepting proposals to redevelop areas on the waterfront.
The area is located along Harbor Drive between the farmers market and the splash pad.
The area was previously home to several shops but they were torn down due to mold.
The city put foosball tables, cornhole games and other games in the space as an interim idea.
Grand Haven City Mayor Bob Monetza says its in the city's best interest to put something else in the space as the previous shops were successful.
