Rosa Parks Circle renovations have hit delays.
Downtown Grand Rapids Inc. President and CEO Tim Kelly says the area will not reopen in September as previously expected.
Kelly says the granite for the project is coming from California and is taking longer than expected to be delivered.
The project is now expected to be completed in October or November.
