More and more workplaces are forcing their employees to get the jab.

1 Severe weather ripped through West Michigan this morning, leaving behind downed trees, power lines.
As of around 7:30 a.m. Thursday, the Consumers Energy outage map showed 8,992 customers were without power across Michigan. Most of the outages are in southwest Michigan and along the lakeshore.
2 Spectrum Health announced Wednesday it will mandate the COVID-19 vaccine for all staff.
The mandate includes "all team members medical staff, students, volunteers and contractors."
They’ll have to get the jabwithin eight weeks of the FDA approving it and will consider exemptions as required by law.
Spectrum also says they may decide to act more quickly if it sees a risk to employees and the public as a result of the delta variant or other variants.
3 A tsunami warning was issued for parts of Alaska after an 8.2 magnitude earthquake struck.
The warnings have since expired.
