Twelve Michigan Unemployment Insurance Agency offices reopened on Wednesday for the first time in 15 months.
The offices were immediately full of people who have been having trouble getting their state benefits during the pandemic.
The Plainfield location accepting seven appointments ever 20 minutes.
Some people were sent away after slots filled quickly.
