BENTON TOWNSHIP, Mich. - On Thursday, the Benton Township Police Department arrested James Parker-Hersey in connection to a homicide near Benton Harbor.
He was arrested on charges of murder, armed robbery and felony firearm charges as a result of an incident Wednesday night at the Briarwood Apartments.
