GRAND RAPIDS (WOOD-AM) - The federal trial has been delayed for five men accused of plotting to kidnap the governor.
Brandon Caserta, Barry Croft, Adam Fox, Kaleb Franks and Daniel Harris are now scheduled to stand trial in October.
Their defense attorneys say they need additional time to review evidence. The trial was scheduled to start next month.
