GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. - Once the ban on contact sports is lifted by the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services, the Michigan High School Athletic Association (MHSAA) says it will be ready to begin its winter season.
Mark Uyl, the Executive Director of the MHSAA, says he has been in contact with state officials, giving his piece on why winter sports should be allowed to play.
