The Michigan Occupational Safety and Health Administration fined Tri-Unity Christian School in Wyoming for not following COVID-19 safety protocols.
The school was fined for not posting signs telling workers to stay home when sick, not requiring face masks and not conducting daily health screenings.
The school said in August that masks would be optional.
MIOSHA says they began the investigation after a complaint from an employee.
