The United States swears in the first woman vice president, Kamala Harris, on Wednesday.
Harris will not only be the first female vice president but the first woman of color to hold the office.
Graci Harkema, owner of Graci LLC, said she was fighting tears talking about the opportunities this brings for women and immigrants.
Harkema was born in the Democratic Republic of the Congo and immigrated to the United States as a child.
