Another suspect accused of plotting to kidnap Governor Gretchen Whitmer is out of jail.
Eric Molitor was released on Thursday after posting bond at the Antrim County Jail.
Molitor is required to wear an electronic tether, follow a curfew and not contact other suspects in the case or Whitmer.
He was charged at the state level with a weapons charge and providing material support for a terrorist act.
