Grand Rapids police are investigating after a man arrived at the hospital with a gunshot wound early Wednesday.
The 27-year-old was shot in the leg and the injury is not life threatening.
Police say they believe the incident happened in the area of Madison Avenue and Burton Street SE.
When officers arrived no one was on the scene.
