RICHLAND TOWNSHIP, Mich. - A suspect in a murder, Chad White, allegedly confessed to someone that they had shot and run over a woman with a car.
Amber Walker's body was in the early afternoon Monday in Three Lakes off of 35th Street southeast of Richland.
