A Grand Haven couple will have to pay their son back for his collection of porn they threw away.
The 42-year-old son sued saying the collection was valued around 25-thousand-dollars.
The man moved in with his parents for ten months after he got divorced and when his parents brought his boxes to his new home, his father admitted to throwing away the porn.
A judge has not yet determined how much the couple will have to pay.
