GRAND RAPIDS (WOOD-AM) - Five team members at Spectrum Health were given the first coronavirus vaccine doses in Michigan yesterday afternoon, the healthcare provider said.
Marc McClelland, a pulmonary doctor, was one of the first staffers to take to Pfizer shot.
"So far, I feel fine," McClelland said roughly three hours after being given the shot. "Not even a sore arm."
Around 30,000 employees are eligible for the vaccine. A clinic is scheduled to take place on Tuesday.
