GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. - On Tuesday morning, Grand Rapids police spent an hour reasoning with a suspect who had climbed up onto a roof, before the suspect finally gave up.
The GRPD says the Fugitive Task force went to a home north of I-196 on Lafayette Street to arrest a wanted individual on multiple felony warrants.
When officers entered the house, the person tried to escape via the roof, surrendering after long negotiation.
No one at the scene was hurt.
