DOJ files antitrust case against Google over search dominance

AG William Barr and the Department of Justice filed an expected antitrust lawsuit against GoogleTuesday, focusing on the tech giant’s dominance in online search.

Joining the DOJ as plaintiffs in the case are eleven Republican state attorneys from Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Indiana, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, South Carolina and Texas

Following the breaking news of the lawsuit, Google’s stock barely moved as shares were slightly positive as of Tuesday morning.
