ALLENDALE TOWNSHIP (WOOD-AM) - The Allendale Township board decided to not take action last night against a member of the planning commission following calls for his removal.
Supervisor Adam Elenbaas says he wants more information about the allegations being made against Ryan Kelley.
"There were a lot of allegations that came up in public comment this evening," Elenbaas told WOOD-TV. "One of the things that was requested in the board meeting, if there is merit to those, if there is something that can be tied to, specifically — not just hearsay, but if there’s something specific there."
Justice for Black Lives claims Kelley invited militia members to a summer protest in Allendale. In attendance was William Null, one of the 13 men charged in the plot to kidnap the governor.
