BATTLE CREEK, Mich. (WOOD) — A group of Artists and volunteers is busy working to clean up after a number of Black Lives Matter murals in Battle Creek were vandalized with white paint.
City officials said murals along East Riverside Drive near East Dickman Road painted on a wall at the site of an apartment building were hit by vandals.
The cleanup organizers say the vandalism occurred sometime overnight on Sunday, and they were notified around 7 p.m. Monday.
