Six Grand Haven students wrote a nine-page essay with a plan for how the district can move forward with in-person learning this fall.
The students cited the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention low rate of death and sicknedd among individuals under the age of 18.
The school district says they will still offer in-person and online learning.
