GRAND RAPIDS (WOOD-AM) - The Grand Rapids Police Department is going to announce the findings of an investigation into an officer who was seen in a viral video macing a man, then hitting him with a flash-bang canister on the night of the downtown riot.
A press conference has been scheduled for 9 a.m.
The prosecutor opted to not against file charges against the officer.
