OWOSSO, Mich. (WOOD -TV) — Shiawassee County Judge Matthew Stewart denied a request for an injunction that would have reinforced the state’s hand in keeping a Michigan barber shop closed.
Manke’s Barber shop in Owosso has been closed since last week after state regulators suspended his barber's license.
The court ruling today involved and order being sought by Gov. Whitmer’s administration in a separate action that would have further kept the 77-year-old out of business.
