WALTON COUNTY, Fla. (WKRG) — A Florida attorney has decided to take matters into his own hands after expressing concerns about beaches being open too soon. Attorney Daniel Uhlfelder used Twitter to announce that he 'promises to travel around the state dressed as the ‘Grim Reaper’ in protest of the state's beaches opening too early during the ongoing coronavirus pandemic.
Uhlfelder, took matters into his own hands last month when he filed a lawsuit against Florida Governor Ron DeSantis in an effort to get him to close beaches and issue a stay at home order.
