GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (WOOD) — The West Michigan Home and Garden Show is back for another year at DeVos Place in Grand Rapids. The show opens Thursday, Feb. 28.
Almost 400 exhibitors and more than 300 local businesses will be at the show with a product or service for your home or garden. The Association of Grand Rapids Landscape Professionals created 14 indoor gardens, including a feature garden.
This year's garden theme is “colorful encounters." Show goers can walk around, see the landscapers unique visions and vote for their favorite.
Lisa Eldred Steinkopf will present three seminars: Cultivating Your Green Thumb: Indoors, Succulents 101, and The Facts of Light. Also, kitchen seminars will be offered. They will be based on classic garden techniques, easy maintenance and new varieties of food and flowers that offer the best flavor.
