HOLLAND, Mich. (WOOD) — The father of a man accused of murdering a teenager at a hotel party earlier this month was taken into custody Friday.
Juan Pablo "John Paul" Cabrera, 34, was found near US-31 and 32nd Avenue in Holland by Ottawa County sheriff's deputies and Holland Department of Public Safety officers, the sheriff's office said in a Sunday release. He was arrested on outstanding warrants for a parole violation.
Authorities are still searching for his son, Jaun Sandro Cabrera, 18, who isaccused of murdering 14-year-old TJ Wellsof Holland on Feb. 16 at the Hampton Inn on Felch Street in Holland Township.
