GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (WOOD) — John Ball Zoo is holding “hiring parties” in hopes of filling seasonal jobs when the Grand Rapids zoo opens this spring.
The first event will take place Saturday, Jan. 26 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the John Ball Zoo Ball Room, located above the administration building.
Potential employees can expect on-site interviews, giveaways, games, food and of course, animals. The positions include a zoo guide, zoo educational instructor, concessions, and administrative roles.
John Ball Zoo will host a second hiring party on Tuesday, Feb. 19 from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m.
John Ball Zoo officially opens to visitors March 9.
