GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (WOOD) — Golfing season is long gone, but that’s not stopping Indian Trails Golf Course from welcoming visitors.
Starting Saturday, the Grand Rapids golf course will open for winter activities, including fat tire biking, cross-country skiing and snowshoeing. The property off 28th Street and Kalamazoo Avenue SE features a 3.7-mile fat tire bike loop and a cross-country ski and snowshoe loop spanning 2 miles.
Fat tire biking will be available from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. After Saturday with weather permitting, the trails will be open from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. daily for cross-country skiiers and snowshoers.
