GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (WOOD) — The average gas price in Michigan has just dropped below $2 per gallon for the first time since April 2016.
GasBuddy sent out an alert Tuesday that said the average price fell to $1.99 per gallon.
Michigan is now the 13th state where gas fell below the $2 mark. It joined Missouri, Oklahoma, Ohio, Texas, Arkansas, Louisiana, South Carolina, Mississippi, Alabama, Kansas, Kentucky and Tennessee.
