GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (WOOD) — Two new Democratic Senators representing West Michigan will begin their terms in the Michigan Senate after the New Year.
One of them is Senator-elect Sean McCann, who says he is going to try to stick to his campaign promises.
"I try to stick with the things I campaigned on obviously. Not to be a broken record but healthcare is going to be front and center,” McCann said. “I personally am working right now to establish the amount of families that still are eligible for Medicaid expansion in Kalamazoo County.
