ROCKFORD, Mich. (WOOD) — A Rockford man reached a significant milestone on Saturday.
Twenty-one-year-old Adam Quinn has now run over 2,018 miles in 2018, an average of over five miles per day.
“Almost everyone who knows him (knows) he’s always running, almost every day of the week,” said his father, Allan Quinn.
During Adam Quinn’s quest to “run the year,” he has finished four marathons, including the Boston Marathon.
What people don’t know if they spot Adam Quinn winding through the hidden trails of Rockford is that he has autism, but his dad says that’s the point: it doesn’t define him.
