GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (WOOD) — A strong storm will bring several inches of heavy snow and strong winds Sunday night and difficult driving conditions Monday morning.
Here's what we are expecting:
- Blustery winds and low visibilities
- Heavy, wet snow accumulations
- Wind chills in the teens
- Scattered power outages
- School cancellations in the hardest hit areas
THE STORM
This storm has quite a bit of water vapor with it, which means it will likely drop a lot of snow. It is going to cut just south of Michigan Sunday night and Monday, which puts West Michigan in the snow zone.
