SIDNEY, Mich. (WOOD) — Central Montcalm Public Schools will be releasing all students two hours early Monday to allow them to attend the funeral for an 8-year-old Sidney boy who was killed while trick-or-treating in Sheridan.
Brady James Sexton’s memorial service is slated to start at 3 p.m. in the Central Montcalm High School gymnasium. A private graveside service for family will take place afterward at Sidney Cemetery.
Brady was riding on a flatbed trailer the Sheridan fire chief was pulling by tractor when Michigan State Police say he either slipped or was pulled off when his clothing or costume became entangled in the wheels.
