BALTIMORE TOWNSHIP, Mich. (WOOD) — Authorities are seeking the public’s assistance in locating a missing teen runaway.
Michelle Winchell, 16, was last seen on Sept. 9 when she was dropped off in Kalamazoo to visit a friend. When it was time to be picked up, she didn’t show up.
