KALAMAZOO, Mich. (WOOD) — One man was hospitalized after an explosion that led to a fire inside a box truck at a Kalamazoo business, authorities say.
It happened around 12:25 p.m. Sunday in the parking lot of a business in the 4200 block of Davis Creek Court, which is off Covington Road west of S. Sprinkle Road.
The Kalamazoo Department of Public Safety says workers told officials they were refueling a power washer when the explosion happened. That caused a fire in the back of the box truck.
