Sources tell Fox News the legal team for Christine Blasey Ford is asking the Senate Judiciary Committee to agree to certain terms before she agrees to testify about allegations she has made that Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh sexually assaulted her.
Her team is asking that only members of the committee question her, and say that Kavanaugh must not be in the room while she is being questioned.
The team is also asking that Kavanaugh be questioned first.
