GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (WOOD) — If you plan on visiting downtown Grand Rapids during ArtPrize 10, a lot has changed when it comes to parking in the city.
Since last year’s ArtPrize, the city has switched to a new app for paying at parking meters. Drivers should download the new app MOTU before heading downtown. You can also use a credit card or pay with cash at parking meter stations.
If you don’t want to search for a metered parking spot, check out the DASH lots. Area 7, Area 8 and Area 9 lots on the city’s West Side are great options. It costs between $2 to $6 to park then you can hop on the city’s DASH bus for free.
