MIDDLEVILLE, Mich. (WOOD) — Volunteers from West Michigan are already down south preparing shelters for Hurricane Florence.
Others are still in the area preparing to offer assistance for the people impacted by the incoming storm.
Marc Veen of Middleville is volunteering with the Red Cross for the first time. He was sent to a shelter in Durham, North Carolina to team up with other volunteers from around the country.
