GRAND RAPIDS (WOOD) -- - 2 people were hurt in a head-on crash just south of the U.S. 131 and I-196 interchange in downtown Grand Rapids early Saturday morning.
Michigan State Police confirm both of the injured motorists were conscious when they were taken from the scene for medical treatment.
