UPDATE: 11:30 AM -- Jaionna Jayzlyn Ross Found Safe

KENTWOOD, Mich. (via WOOD TV 8) — An AMBER alert has been issued for a missing 20-month-old girl.
Jaionna Jayzlyn Ross is a black girl, approximately 30 inches tall and weighs 25 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a pink shirt with blue shorts and pony tails with black rubber bands.
Authorities say the baby is believed to be with a man named "Terrell," a black man about 27-years-old.
Terrell is about 5'08" with a muscular upper body, facial hair on his chin, hair in braids. He has a missing tooth on upper left side. He was last seen wearing a white T-shirt, black jeans and black or gray shoes.
