BATTLE CREEK, Mich. (WOOD) — Investigators have determined a cigarette was the cause of a house fire in Battle Creek.
Dispatchers say they took the call around 12:23 p.m. Saturday for a house fire on 103 Jericho Road.
Crews arrived to find the fire still raging on the exterior of the home.
All occupants of the home made it out safely before firefighters arrived.
