KALAMAZOO, Mich. (WOOD) — A pair of business cards brought down a suspected drug dealer in Kalamazoo, according to police.
It all started around 1 a.m. Saturday in the 700 block of Douglas Avenue, when public safety officers spotted the suspect in the midst of a drug deal.
Officers stopped the drug buyer and recovered crack cocaine from him, along with a printed business card that contained a nickname and phone number for the dealer, authorities say.
Police say when they confronted the suspected drug dealer, he tried to conceal items in his clothing and had marijuana in his lap. Officers searched him and found suspected crack cocaine, methamphetamine, ecstasy, a large quantity of cash and a matching business card hidden in his underwear, according the Kalamazoo Department of Public Safety.
