CROCKERY TOWNSHIP, Mich. (via WOOD TV 8) – A pedestrian was hospitalized after being hit by a vehicle in Crockery Township Saturday night.
Ottawa County Sheriff's deputies said it happened at 9:53 p.m. on Apple Drive and 144th Avenue.
Deputies said the pedestrian was walking in an unlit area wearing dark clothing when he was hit by a minivan.
The victim is a 48-year-old Fruitport man. He was hospitalized and is listed in serious condition.
