Mlive reports, a week after baby Korey Brown died at a child care home, his family and friends said goodbye during a moving funeral service punctuated by amens and sobs.The 14-month-old's large family gathered at Christ Temple Apostolic Church in Muskegon Heights Friday for "A Celebration of Life." Korey's parents, Bryanna Reasonover and Shelby Brown, sat side by side in front of the tiny casket flanked by light blue and white balloons, flowers and teddy bears. Toddlers and grannies, weeping women and stoic men came to pay their respects while across town investigators continued to work to determine what happened to the boy on the morning of April 14. Reasonover reported finding her baby unresponsive in a playpen when she had arrived to take him home, and police have indicated they are investigating an 8-year-old in connection with the death.
