State police are looking for help identifying two men believed responsible for breaking into vending machines at rest areas around the state.
Police released a surveillance photo of a possible suspect in a break-in at the rest area east of Portland on westbound I-196.
That incident happened early on Dec. 10. Police reported about $1,000 in damage and losses.
State police Lt. Rob Davis said the two could be behind a number of rest-area burglaries dating back over a year.
Anyone who recognizes the man in the photo is asked to email MSP-AskTpr@michigan.gov or call 616-527-0546 ext. 438.
