The family of a man who died after being hit by an unmarked Michigan State Police vehicle says video captured of the incident shows him crying out for help and writhing in pain.
Parents Andrica Cage and Michael Sterling say the video of their son Samuel Sterling's crying for help showcases how police did not respond quickly enough, and that the trooper who hit him should face criminal charges.
