GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (WOOD) — A former X-ray technologist is facing a new sexual assault charge in connection to a fourth Spectrum Health Blodgett Hospital patient.
Francisco Muniz, 39, of Greenville, was charged with fourth-degree criminal sexual conduct in the May 2018 alleged assault, according to probable cause documents.
The alleged victim in the May 13 incident said that while she was receiving X-rays at Blodgett’s emergency room, she fell asleep. When she awoke, she said Muniz had reached under her clothing and was sexually assaulting her, the documents show.
