Upton to again vote against emergency declaration for wall

WASHINGTON (WOOD) — Next week, Congress will take up another effort to block President Donald Trump’s emergency declaration to build a border wall.

On Tuesday, the U.S. House of Representatives will vote on an effort to overrideTrump's vetoof an early congressional resolution to end his emergency declaration.

Congressman Fred Upton was one of 13 House Republicans who voted for the resolution. He also plans to vote in favor of overriding the president’s veto.
