MONTEREY TOWNSHIP, Mich. (WOOD) — A man's body was pulled from a lake north of Allegan Sunday evening, hours after he fell of a Jet Ski and went under the water.
Authorities started searching Dumont Lake, which is on the border of Allegan and Monterey townships, around 3:45 p.m.
The Allegan County Sheriff's Office said the man was a passenger on the Jet Ski and was knocked off when a wave hit. When the driver of the Jet Ski looked back, he didn't see the man.
